Change brings opportunities rather than something to be feared.
We, HEXEL Works, grow as a corporation and as a group of individuals along with these changes.
This is the mindset HEXEL Works pursues to live with the trends of the times. Given the world continuously changes and grows, staying put, just because of fear is the equivalent to moving backward, to not even maintaining the status quo. As change is unpredictable and difficult to prepare for, it is critical to have a corporate philosophy that with an open mind and agile spirit, constantly embraces challenges the moment we sense a change in the times.
We, HEXEL Works, have been continually open to changes since our foundation over 70 years ago. It is worth noting that the many changes we have implemented until today were not led by the company, but by each and every officer and employee who took initiative and executed by staying conscious of the need for change. Originally our company was primarily focused on government office construction, but today, large-scale and high-rise apartment and U.S. military facility construction have become the dual pillars of our earnings. Now, we have begun to take on a new challenge: the construction of large-scale distribution warehouses, which has been voluntarily led by one of our branches.
HEXEL Works continues to observe, embrace and change with the time – flexibly adapting to new needs and trends to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. However, since 2020, the Japanese economy has faced upheavals that have been drastic in recent decades, such as the rise in material and labor costs, a declining birthrate, and the depreciation of the Japanese currency. We, HEXEL Works, with our corporate philosophy of “Ever-Evolving DNA,” are determined to stay sensitive to the trends of the times with keen senses and an open mind to take on new challenges as they arise. We will continue to run a business where our customers come first and maintain a strong positive relationship with all stakeholders.
